About

Louise Gallery Studio is owned and operated by Jerry and Louise Ragle.  The Studio is located in a beautiful historic building in downtown Loudon, TN.  After having several “lives” over the years, the building was given a new life in 2016 when it was remodeled and the Gallery was painted to bring even more fine arts, art quilts and creative culture to wonderful downtown Loudon, TN.  In addition the Studio has creative class offerings in a wonderful cheery yellow classroom with full LED lighting and a great atmosphere.

Louise has an extensive background in arts and crafts with national recognition for her floral design, artistry, bead weaving, doll making and quilting; and is sought out as an articulate, knowledgeable and encouraging teacher.  Her works have been published in several national magazines and Louise is currently a member of the Tellico Village Quilt Guild.  She also was a charter member of the Foothills Craft Guild and a former member of the Southern Highland Handicraft Guild and personally teaches many of the classes offered at the Gallery.

Jerry, before “retiring”,  spent many years driving an executive motor coach for presidential candidates, governors, and senators as well as many major corporations, prominent entertainers and famous authors; many of which he is privileged to call his friends.

Together, Louise and Jerry create a welcoming atmosphere and offer a variety of quality arts and crafts, custom work and creative classes.
